Lifting the Veil on How Food Is Made

A big thanks to Bruce Hamaker, Suju Senan, Elizabeth Hall, and Kristin Harris for hosting such a great food-science based discussion and education session today! As a Dietitian, I frequently receive questions from curious consumers about food processing and whether or not it is good for us; after all, food processing wasn’t viewed as a ‘bad’ concept a few years back. There are numerous benefits provided by food processing, as discussed during today’s session.
