When you haven’t grocery shopped in quite some time and you decide the best thing to make with what you have is a baked hot dish!
I’ve been on a somewhat “no spending spree” for the past few weeks in order to cut down on our waste (something I’ve become very passionate about) and clean out our pantry.
Has anyone else tried this? It’s harder than I thought to get through our pantry! It just keeps going and go
ing and going… I must say, though, I have enjoyed being creative with the foods we have to make meals like this baked dish. I just threw together what we had: potatoes, spinach, and egg, seasoned salt, pepper, olive oil and ground flaxseed (source of omega 3 and fiber).
