As if our lives weren’t busy enough, my hubby and our good friend, Mike, decided to start making farmhouse style tables! It has been quite the start to this journey. We began by making the same design for each table, then began accommodating custom orders.

Buying all the tools, equipment, and reusable supplies weren’t something we could buy all at once. We began by looking at used equipment, but so much can go wrong with used power tools. We adjusted our budget to save up for everything we needed to cut, sand, stain, poly and put together the custom tables.

I’m blessed to say that after only six months on the market, we have sold nine custom tables to families and couples in the Twin Cities Metro Area!

We are continuing to come up with new designs (like the one pictured above) and ways to improve these tables. If you have a goal or project in mind that you like to start but financials are getting in the way, let this be your encouragement that it can be done!
