I think it is important to note how impactful, yet underfunded nutrition research is. With a large majority of nutrition research being funded by industry and not national institutes, the validity of industry-funded scientific findings is often criticized and questioned. I like the title of this article because it communicates the need for influence-free research that provides health professionals and the public with better answers to simple questions.
